Terms of Use
Each section below is separately dated and applies to what it names. The free Agent-Readiness Review diagnostic and the paid Agent Ready tier are governed by different terms — read the one that applies to you.
Agent Ready (paid tier) — $500 one-time
These terms apply to the Agent Ready tier, a one-time $500 purchase from AI Coachella Valley (AICV), a product and service of SunshineFM LLC, a California limited liability company, operating in Riverside County, California. Payment is processed by Stripe; AICV does not receive or store your card details.
What you get
This tier publishes one page for your business on the AICV Network. These terms call it your business profile page, and that phrase means only that page — not the free preview described under Refunds below, and not any other page on which AICV writes about your business.
- Your business profile page goes Live — indexed, agent-readable, publishing your facts in structured form on the AICV network.
- Your facts, in machine-readable form — the description, address, hours, phone and booking link you supply are published in your page's structured data and marked as provided by the business.
- A named line on llms.txt and llms-full.txt — the agent-facing index files for the AICV Network.
- Your private agent-readiness review — the full read of how AI agents see your web presence today. It is delivered to you and is never published.
Timing
Your business profile page goes Live once AICV has matched your payment to your business. Your private agent-readiness review is released to you at the same time. There is no verification step — AICV does not confirm who you are before publishing.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of payment — email billing@aicv.co and we'll take your page down from the AICV Network. Your business returns to the free preview we publish about businesses in our census. The refund window runs from the date of payment.
What this is not
AICV publishes a structured, agent-readable page about your business on its own network. AICV does not modify your website, does not control how any third-party AI system, search engine, or agent ranks, cites, or uses that page, and makes no guarantee of traffic, ranking, citation, revenue, or any other outcome. Measurements describe what was observable on a stated date and may change as your site changes.
Accuracy of what you provide
Facts you supply for your page are published as provided by you and marked as such. You are responsible for their accuracy and for having the right to publish them.
Removal
You may request removal of your page at any time by writing to remove@aicv.co. This covers the free preview as well as your business profile page, and applies whether or not you have purchased this tier.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Riverside County, California.

Agent Ready — what guaranteed visibility means
This section clarifies the hosted-page deliverable in the Agent Ready terms above. It does not change pricing, purchase-to-business matching or the 14-day refund terms.
We guarantee visibility to agents on the AICV network: once your purchase is matched to your business, we publish a public, accessible, agent-readable page about you. Visibility here means making that page available for agents to read, not guaranteeing that any particular agent will access it.
We cannot guarantee that an AI service will visit, index, cite or recommend your page, or that it will produce traffic, customers or revenue. Those third-party outcomes remain outside AICV's control. Publishing your MVA does not modify or fix your original website, and the $500 purchase does not include a Cloudflare account audit. The dated measurements on a preview or review are not a continuous assessment.
Agent Access — diagnostic and service scope
This section supplements the free diagnostic and clarifies the owner-assisted review offered with Business and Premium onboarding. It does not alter the $500 Agent Ready profile deliverables, payment-matching process or refund terms above.
The free diagnostic makes public HTTP requests and examines robots.txt and Content-Signal preferences for the checked page. Those access observations are computed in code; the content assessment uses an AI model. A successful request by the AICV checker does not establish access for every crawler. Missing, unreadable or incomplete evidence may be reported as inconclusive. Cloudflare Search, Agent and Training (SAT) settings are unverified unless an owner-assisted account review is completed.
For Cloudflare sites, Business and Premium onboarding include an owner-assisted SAT review with the owner or authorized site manager. This covers category settings, mixed-purpose crawler consequences and individual blocks. Any configuration changes require separately agreed scope and permission; a diagnostic or profile purchase alone does not authorize changes. Private pages, authentication and security protections remain in place.
Training permission is a separate business choice, not a visibility requirement. Blocking Training may also affect mixed-purpose Search crawlers. Neither public checks nor an account review guarantees discovery, citation, ranking, transactions or future access. Findings describe the evidence available at the stated time.
Agent-Readiness Review (free diagnostic) — Terms of Use
The AICV Agent-Readiness Review is a free, experimental diagnostic provided by AI Coachella Valley, a product and service of SunshineFM LLC, a California limited liability company, operating in Riverside County, California.
No Account. No Cost. No Data Stored.
This tool requires no registration, login, or payment. URLs you submit are processed in real time and are not stored, logged, or retained by AICV. We do not collect personal information through this tool.
How It Works
Your submitted URL is passed to a third-party AI model (Anthropic Claude) via a Cloudflare Worker. Results are generated automatically and returned directly to your browser. AICV does not retain your query or output after your session ends.

No Legal Recourse
By using this tool, you acknowledge that AICV, the Desert Community Foundation, and their respective officers, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes arising from your use of or reliance on tool results. Use is entirely at your own risk.
Acceptable Use
Only submit URLs you own or have permission to analyze. Do not use automated tools to submit queries in bulk. Do not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
Changes
We may update this tool and these terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
