About AI Coachella Valley
AI Coachella Valley (AICV) is the Coachella Valley's decision engine for the agentic internet. We measure how AI assistants read the valley's businesses, publish what we find, and build agent-readable business profiles, so people and the AI agents working for them can decide where to visit, live and build here.
What AICV does
Censuses and reports
We take one category at a time, such as restaurants, hotels or wellness, and count every business in it across the valley. Then we measure how an AI agent reads each one and publish the result as a dated report.

We count everyone, not a sample
A census covers every business we can find in a category across all nine cities, not just the businesses that signed up. That is why the numbers mean something.
Inclusion is never for sale
No business can pay to appear in our research or to get a better result in it. Paid tiers build a business's own profile; they do not touch the findings.
We measure again
We return to the same businesses with the same method to see what changed. Websites change hands, start blocking the systems trying to read them, or go dark, and most owners never find out.
Corrections are on the record
When we get something wrong, we fix it, date the correction and say what changed. A revised report shows the old numbers beside the new ones.
Every number shows its base
We never write "most restaurants." Every figure says what it was counted against, and the method is published: How We Do This explains it in plain language.

Sat Singh founded AI Coachella Valley in January 2025. Sat is a TEDx Rancho Mirage speaker and technology entrepreneur, based in the Coachella Valley.
